Pandora and Polygamy:
Excerpt
As Newsweek notes, these stirrings for the mainstreaming of polygamy (or, more accurately, polyamory) have their roots in the increasing legitimization of gay marriage. In an essay 10 years ago, I pointed out that it is utterly logical for polygamy rights to follow gay rights. After all, if traditional marriage is defined as the union of (1) two people of (2) opposite gender, and if, as advocates of gay marriage insist, the gender requirement is nothing but prejudice, exclusion and an arbitrary denial of one's autonomous choices in love, then the first requirement -- the number restriction (two and only two) -- is a similarly arbitrary, discriminatory and indefensible denial of individual choice.
This has to drive gay activist totally ape shit, you can’t arbitrarily decide which part of the definition of marriage is incorrect. If the opposite sex is part is erroneous, why not the number of participants.

Clinton Quiet About Past Wal-Mart Ties - Yahoo! News: "NEW YORK - With retail giant Wal-Mart under fire to improve its labor and health care policies, one Democrat with deep ties to the company Sen. Hillary Rodham Clinton has started feeling her share of the political heat. " I’m usually the first jump onto the anti Hillary bandwagon, that being said even I can’t bash her for this.

Catholic Charities to halt adoptions over issue involving gays - Boston.com
The Boston Archdiocese's Catholic Charities said Friday it would stop providing adoption services because state law allows gays and lesbians to adopt children. Of course this has the gay and lesbian groups outraged, as a Catholic I would have to agree with the Archdioceses on this issue. Catholic doctrine is quite clear on the subject of homosexuality. As you can tell from the idiom used in past rants, I’m far from a good Catholic, however being a good Catholic has nothing to do with Right or wrong.

Blogger News Network: A Lesson in Victimhood from Your Neighborhood Gay Activist
In this world of political correctness it’s not appropriate to cal someone a homo, fag etc. or to say that homosexuality is a sin against God. The plain truth is that it is a sin to lay with another man period. I don’t see the gray area here people God doesn’t approve most of America doesn’t endorse it why are we discussing it, put an initiative on the ballot and let the people vote. Marriage is and should be only between a man and a woman.

Newsday.com: Four Vermont Towns Back Bush Impeachment: "'In the U.S. presently there are only a few places where citizens can act in this fashion and have a say in our nation,' said select board member Dan DeWalt, who drafted the impeachment article that was placed on the warning -- or official agenda -- for the annual town meeting, a proud Yankee tradition in New England.
There’s a good reason only a few places are like that, “because that would mean more stupid people would think they can have an effect on a nation, and seriously think they could impeach a sitting president". My God people, everyone viewed the same intelligence, one and all agreed the weapons were there, if there was a hiccup it was with the intelligence Let it go

Judge Weighs Force-Feeding Tactic at Gitmo - Yahoo! News
You have got to be kidding me, if this detainee died from his hunger strike the administration would be crucified. Now this detainee tries to starve himself to death the people in charge save him by force feeding him, and they are the bad guys. Just to recap if you die the administration is in trouble, if they save your life they are in trouble.

Think Progress Fox News: Iraq Civil War Made Up By The Media?
Maybe the intellectual wizards at the DNC can explain why Fox News wins in the ratings, also maybe when the GOP wins the Whitehouse again the Democratic Party will get the hint. The Liberals are out of touch with the citizens of the United States.

The Oscars, yet another chance for the liberals in Hollywood to pat themselves on the back, while at the same time showing how appallingly out of touch they really are. If it takes more than 5 minutes for one of these left wing idiots to bash the Troops, the war, or the President, well, I for one will be shocked.
